SOUR CREAM NUT ROLLS 
6 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 eggs, beaten

FILLING:

2 lbs. nuts, ground
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk, boiled

Mix together all filling ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Mix together ingredients for rolls. Roll out, place in pans. Fill and let stand for 1 hour to rise. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
