BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 (#10) can chili sauce 1 (#10) can catsup 1 lb. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. Worcestershire 1 tbsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp. Tabasco 2 tbsp. garlic powder 1/2 c. honey Bring all ingredients to boil, then turn down to simmer for 2 hours, stirring every so often. If sauce becomes too thick, thin down with chicken stock. |
