A HEALTHY TREAT KIDS EAT UP 
1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves

Combine all ingredients, chill. Also works well as a frozen dessert. Let soften at room temperature for easier eating.
