PEACH PRESERVES 
6 c. peaches, chopped
6 c. sugar
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Bring above ingredients to a full rolling boil. Boil 20 minutes. Remove from fire. Stir in:

2 (3 oz.) boxes orange Jello
1 (10 oz.) jar chopped & drained maraschino cherries

Pour, while hot, into clean jelly glasses. Pour melted paraffin on top at once. Can also use as ice cream topping. Yields 12 jars.
