PEACH PRESERVE 
1 pkg. peaches, peel and cut in 4 halves

Put in a large dish pan. This amount of peaches will make 8 pint jars. Let set in 2 1/2 pounds of sugar overnight then cook about 3 hours until they turn red and the syrup get thick. Then put in a well washed jars have lend in hot water. Put top on and let set for 2 hours before tightening the lid.
