COLE SLAW WITH WHITE GRAPES AND
ALMONDS
 
1 med. head cabbage
2 c. grapes
1 c. shredded blanched almonds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
Grated onion (optional)
1 c. stiff mayonnaise

Chop cabbage coarsely; put in mixing bowl. Add grapes and almonds. Make a paste of salt, sugar, dry mustard, vinegar and onion. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well and stir in mayonnaise. Decorate with wreath or parsley and grapes. Serves 12.
