1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Rice Krispies

Bring sugar, cocoa, Karo syrup and butter to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and heat until blended. Add Rice Krispies and stir until well coated. Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Let cool and cut into squares.
