FRESH COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix

Mix as directed, after cake is done let cool and then split each layer to make four layers.

FROSTING:

2 pkgs. fresh frozen coconut
2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Do not cook. Mix all ingredients together; spread on cake with cut side up. Let set for about 30 minutes to an hour to let frosting melt into cake.
