1 med. head of cabbage
1 lb. Portuguese or smoked sausage
1 can (46 oz.) tomato juice
1 bag (16 oz.) mixed vegetables
1 c. rice or elbow macaroni

Place all ingredients in stock pot. Bring to a boil until all ingredients are cooked.
