1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
2 tsp. soy sauce
cubed sirloin

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a gallon Ziploc bag. Marinate for 8-24 hours.
