SAUTEED MUSHROOMS | |
1 lb. fresh mushrooms 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. butter 3 tbsp. white wine Salt & pepper Wash mushrooms; trim the stems and ends. In a skillet melt butter and add mushrooms. Let simmer about 5 minutes, then add the seasonings and lemon juice. Serve over meat or as a side dish. Serves 8. |
