SEAFOOD TETRAZZINI 
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. sherry
1/2 lb. shrimp
1/2 lb. lobster (may use crab instead)
1/2 lb. scallops
1 pkg. sm. egg noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Saute mushrooms in butter and remove with slotted spoon. Add flour to pan, cooking and stirring. Gradually add half and half, stir until thickened. Add sherry, salt, pepper, seafood and mushrooms. Cook noodles and mix with crab mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
