PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. box pasta (linguini or spaghetti)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/2 inch fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pepper & onion powder to taste
1 tsp. sugar
Any or all of the following: broccoli, asparagus, snow peas, red peppers, carrots

Cook pasta and drain. Toss with 2 tablespoons salad oil. Blanch vegetables 30 seconds and rinse with cold water. Combine dressing ingredients and wish.
