1 c. white Karo
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanuts
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Corn Chex

Mix Karo and sugar, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, vanilla and stir until smooth. Add chex and peanuts. Mix well. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
