KOREAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
1 stalk scallion, chopped (or onion)
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. whiskey
Chicken pieces

Blend together all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken and marinate 4 hours or more, turning pieces frequently.

Drain off excess marinade. Brush with oil and cook on outdoor grill or bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Then brush with oil and brown under broiler.
