1 box lemon supreme cake mix
2/3 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 box pineapple instant pudding mix
10 oz. bottle 7-Up

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees until it tests done, approximately 40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs or 3 yolks
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 can or 1 c. coconut

Mix together and cook until thick. Spread on cake.
