3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tbsp. butter
13 oz. can evaporated milk

Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/2 or 10 x 1 1/2 inches). Beat all ingredients until smooth; pour and cook.

2 eggs
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Serves 4-6.
