YEAST ROLLS | |
Dissolve 1 package yeast in 2 cups warm water. Add 8 tablespoons sugar, 1 beaten egg and 3/4 cup cooking oil. Add 4 to 5 cups sifted flour a little at a time. Bake in well greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let rise 5 to 10 minutes, if desired before baking. Roll mixture can be stored in refrigerator for about 1 week. |
