HEALTHY BROWNIES 
Combine:

3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda and salt.

Combine:

2/3 c. sugar
2 lg. egg whites
1/2 c. evaporated skimmed milk
3/4 c. natural unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Whisk dry and wet ingredients together. Bake in brownie pan, 350 degrees, approximately 20-25 minutes or until tester comes out clean.

OPTIONAL FROSTING:

2 c. 10X sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
Coffee or skimmed milk
Vanilla

Mix until spreading consistency. 170 calories, no fat.
