SHRIMP NEWBERG 
8 frozen patty shells
2 cans frozen cream of shrimp soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sherry
2 c. cooked shrimp (frozen, fresh, or canned)
1 sm. can peas
1 (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Bake patty shells according to directions on package with half of cheese sprinkled into bottom of shells. Heat soup and milk. Add peas and shrimp, stirring constantly. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sherry and half of cheese. Serve over baked shells.
