PAMSIT GUISADO 
1/2 c. chicken (boiled and flaked)
1/2 c. shrimp (boiled and sliced)
1/2 c. pork (boiled and sliced in long narrow strips)
1 c. shredded cabbage or carrots and celery
Lime or lemon halves or slices
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/4 lb. rice stick (pamsit bihon)
4 cloves garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 c. shrimp juice (optional)
Salt and pepper

Fry separately garlic, onion, chicken, pork and shrimp. Set aside a portion of each for garnish. To the rest add soy sauce, shrimp juice, salt and pepper. Simmer about 5 minutes, add cabbage, mix well and simmer until almost dry. Blanch rice stick in boiling water about 2 minutes, then fry in lard, add to mixture. Arrange on a platter and garnish with meat and limes.
