CHEESY SPAGHETTI BAKE 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. onion
15 oz. can prepared spaghetti sauce
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. water
1 c. shredded cheese (cheddar
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown chuck and onion then drain grease, add spaghetti sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Break spaghetti and cook, rinse and drain. Mix spaghetti and sauce. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Slowly add evaporated milk and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Layer spaghetti mixture with cheese sauce in pan, 10"x6"x2". Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
