CHEESY SPAGHETTI BAKE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
12 oz. spaghetti, broken
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. flour
12 oz. can Carnation evaporated milk
1 c. shredded American cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain hamburger and onion, add Ragu and simmer 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti broken into pieces and add to meat and sauce mixture. Make a white sauce: 4 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 8 tablespoons flour, Carnation milk and 2/3 cup water. Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese and Parmesan. Using 9 x 13 inch (preferably larger) dish, put half meat and sauce mixture in and pour cheese sauce over it and top with remaining meat and sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated American cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Bring to room temperature before baking.
