SAUSAGE BREAD | |
2 (1 lb.) rolls frozen bread dough 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 2 lbs. hot sausage, browned 1 med. onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated Brown sausage. Add onion and pepper and saute. Thaw dough. Roll out thin at edges. Place half of sausage mix on each piece of dough and half of cheeses. Roll up and pinch together. Seam side down on a buttered 9x12 inch pan and brush top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes. Slice before serving. |
