AMISH MARSHMALLOW CREAM FUDGE 
1 jar marshmallow cream
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and bring to full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 2 cups chocolate chips and stir until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into greased 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm.

Makes 2 1/4 pounds.
