28 or 30 crushed Oreo cookies
1 stick melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 vanilla instant Jello pudding
1 chocolate instant Jello pudding
3 c. milk

Mix cookies and melted butter; spread into 9x13 inch pan. Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese, half of Cool Whip; spread on top crust. Mix both puddings with milk. Spread on top. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
