A-MAIZE'N POLO 
16 oz. pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
4 c. cooked chicken, boned & cubed
1 tbsp. mild green chilies, chopped
1 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c chicken broth
1/2 c. mild taco sauce
1/2 c. taco chips, crushed
1/3 c. black olives, sliced & drained
Nacho cheese sauce

Bring corn to boil in small amount of water; set aside. Prepare casserole dish with non-stick spray. Mix corn, chicken, taco sauce and green chilies in dish. Add chips. Place covered casserole in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. When hot top with cheese sauce and olives. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Just before serving stick some chips in top of mixture.
