1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
1 pt. jar Hellmann's mayonnaise
8-10 oz. Polish horseradish (in grocery refrigerated section)

1. Melt cheese in top of double boiler.

2. Add mayonnaise and horseradish and mix well.

3. Pour into clean jars and chill. (Keeps a long time.)

4. Serve with crackers.
