HAWAIIAN SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped

Combine all ingredients and blend by hand. Bake in a greased and floured sheet cake pan for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Chopped nuts for topping, if desired

Cream cheese and butter together. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread over warm cake. Add nuts
