DOUBLE - RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. oil

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.

Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube or fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.

For 13 x 9 pan, bake 45 minutes. DO NOT UNDERBAKE. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish cooling on rack. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
