SAN FRANCISCO COOKIES 
2 extra ripe bananas
2 c. granola
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour

Puree bananas in blender (1 cup). Combine granola, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Beat in eggs, bananas, butter and oil. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop dough by 1/2 cupful onto greased cookie sheet. SPREAD in 3 circles. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes.
