CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
2 sm. pkgs. french vanilla pudding (instant)
3 c. milk
Graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with crackers. Mix other ingredients together and spread 1/2 over graham crackers. Repeat first two steps.

TOPPING:

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate and butter together. Mix with remaining ingredients and spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving.
