CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1/4 lb. semi-sweet chocolate
4 eggs, separated
4 tbsp. soft butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Kahlua Grand Marnier
Whipped cream

Melt chocolate in pan. Beat egg yolks until thick. Fold in butter, liquor and melted chocolate. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. Fold into chocolate mixture with wooden spoon. Pour in dessert dishes. Chill 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
