MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, melted
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut (optional)
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat eggs until thick (about 5 minutes) in a large bowl, gradually add sugar. Combine melted butter, flour, cocoa, vanilla, coconut and pecans. Add to egg-sugar mixture and blend. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove from oven immediately spread with marshmallow. Prepare frosting and cover marshmallow.

FROSTING: Blend all together.
