MOCK CRAB CAKES 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. any white fish
1 egg
1 to 1 1/2 slice bread broke into sm. pieces
1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Precook fish in microwave until flaky. Add all ingredients. Shape into cakes. Can be pan or deep fried, the same as crab cakes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
