E-Z BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. chuck cubes 2 or 3 carrots 2 or 3 sm. potatoes 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato bisque soup 2 sm. onions, sliced 1/2 c. dry red wine 1 can peas Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Salt and pepper meat. Mix remaining ingredients together in baking dish. Cover and bake about 4 1/2 hours. Needs no watching. When it is in the oven, forget it until ready to serve. |
