9 c. Crispex cereal
1 c. semi-sweet chips
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter

Place cereal in bowl. Melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal. Coat real good. Place in bag of powdered sugar and shake until well coated. Spread on wax paper until cool.
