CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE | |
4 eggs 1 1/2 c. oil 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 3 packed c. grated carrots 1/2 c. chopped walnuts FROSTING: 1 box confectioners' sugar 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese Beat eggs and oil. Mix dry ingredients. Add to egg mixture. Beat well. Add carrots and walnuts; blend. Pour into 3 greased 9 inch pans. Bake 350 degrees oven 25 minutes. |
