MACARONI SALAD 
7 oz. uncooked elbow, shell or ring macaroni
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced gherkins pickles
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper

Cook macaroni as directed. Cook peas as directed and drain. Mix macaroni, peas, cheese, mayonnaise and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
