SMOKEY CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, grated
2 tbsp. dried onion bits or 1/4 c. raw onion, finely diced
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. nuts, finely chopped
Bacon bits (optional)

Blend all thoroughly and mold into round ball. Sprinkle heavily with paprika for red color. Serve with Ritz crackers.
