HAWAIIAN FRUIT PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
Butter, size of a walnut
3 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 5 ingredients in a double boiler. Add pineapple, coconut, and vanilla. Bake crusts first, pour in filling, put beaten egg whites and some coconut on top and put in 400 degree oven to brown top. Makes very large pie or 2 small pies.
