HAWAIIAN PIE | |
2 baked pie shells, cooled 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple 6 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar 2 lg. bananas 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. flaked coconut 1 lg. carton Cool Whip Mix pineapple, flour, and sugar in heavy saucepan; cook until thick. Pour 1/2 this mixture into each pie shell. Put a layer of sliced bananas, layer of chopped nuts, layer of coconut, and cover with Cool Whip. Chill for 2 hours. |
