1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter

Melt above ingredients together. Stir in 1 (10 oz.) package miniature marshmallows and 8 1/2 ounces Spanish peanuts and 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies. Put in jelly roll pan.
