NO BAKE TOFFEE BARS | |
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. coconut 1 c. graham crackers, crushed (13 crackers) 1/3 c. milk Boil all these for 5 minutes. Grease a 9"x9" pan. Put whole graham crackers on bottom of pan, cover the whole thing. Pour hot filling over crackers and put more crackers on top of filling and press down. Frost with powdered sugar frosting: 3 tablespoons butter, cream in mixer and add powdered sugar. Add milk or half and half and vanilla. Fast and easy. |
