BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix together in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip

Cream above ingredients together and pour over cooled crust.

1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 pkg. instant coconut pudding
3 c. milk

Mix puddings with milk and stir until thick. Spread over cheese mixture. Add 9 ounces Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts. Make a day ahead. This will keep for a long time.
