3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. raw apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside. Mix oil, sugar, eggs and raw apples. Stir this together then add flour mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Flour and oil a 9 x 13 inch pan and add mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
