LEMONADE CAKE | |
1 pkg. (2 layer size) lemon cake mix 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello lemon flavor instant pudding & pie filling 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/4 c. oil Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Thoroughly prick warm cake with utility fork completely to bottom. Gradually spoon glaze over cake until completely absorbed. GLAZE: 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrate lemonade (thawed) |
