1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. water
2 eggs

Pour oil in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Coat pan with oil. Add rest of the ingredients to pan. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Dust top of cake with powdered sugar when cake is cooled.
