SPINACH SALAD WITH HOT BACON
DRESSING
 
1 head fresh spinach
2 hard-boiled eggs
12 slices bacon
2 tomatoes in wedges
10 mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
4 tbsp. bacon drippings, strained
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
Oregano to taste
Thyme to taste
Rosemary to taste

Cook bacon, keep drippings. Clean and tear up spinach into salad-size pieces. Chop eggs. Crumble bacon. Toss spinach, egg, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and sesame seeds in salad bowl. Heat remaining ingredients in saucepan. Pour directly on salad and toss.
