1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, chopped up (juice and all)

Mix all ingredients together and mix well. Pour into pan (greased). Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

ICING:

1 med. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix together and beat until thick. Spread on cake after cake is completely cool.
